It was the worst stay in a hotel Ive ever had! One night we used the kettle in the room and it started melting and caught on fire, there was smoke in the whole room and the whole floor and staff were unbothered and barely apologised. It was extremely unsafe and dangerous and could have caused suffocation for us and other people on the floor - the smoke alarm didnt go off either meaning its very unsafe. The next da...

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay from start to finish. I arrived a bit earlier than expected and was prepared to wait, but to my surprise, I was checked in immediately a much-appreciated gesture after a long journey.

We like this hotel as a mid-priced hotel in Rome with a beautiful swimming pool!
The hotel is a little way out of the city centre, (about 2.5 kms to Vatican) but its quiet and an easy bus or taxi ride. Rooms are simple but very comfortable and everything you need.

Average hotel but too far out

Was on a coach tour . Large hotel situated away from the main sights, was our last night . Note: you need taxi or metro 15 minute walk away .
First room had a mouldy shower and bathroom floor dirty so asked to move and improvement , still old bathroom shower was great but step inside bath .
Air conditioning is bit noisy so wear ear plugs . This hotel had a wonderful breakfast fully laid out everything.

As soon as you walk into reception you know this is going to be a good stay . Reception staff friendly and efficient . Rooms we requested on line spot on clean and quiet even the ones overlooking the car parking. Huge comfy bed ensuring good nights sleep and a lovely breakfast . Taxis efficient and arranged by hotel . Ima fussy traveller but give this 10/10 ....
