All the staff are kind.
The lamb at the restaurant on the first floor is delicious.
The room is clean, spacious and the bathroom is clean.
The staff helped me on the way to the airport...

Compared to other NH hotels weve stayed at this was extremely disappointing. It started at check in and didnt improve. Having completed the check in info online we then had to do it all again on arrival. The first room we were given had a broken window and the bathroom hadnt been cleaned. We were moved. The second room had a defective bathroom door, which was eventually repaired on the second day after several com...

3 nights in Rome, choose to stay here due to GHA membership. Nothing nearby , away from buzzing city. Fresh air as its hilly in the morning, in out via taxi easiest . Rooms needs to be upgraded as its dated. Aircon conditioning will stop after 9 or 10pm , wasn't informed prior or during check in . It gets so hot that when I told front desk , they offered a stand fan . Many amenities wasn't top up during house keeping...

The hotel itself is lovely. Unfortunately the air conditioning didn't work at all throughout our stay, and whenever we questioned when it would be fixed we were just told "they're working on it"
The rooms were unbearably hot because if this, making it pretty uncomfortable to be in them at all.
