What a wonderful hotel! The location is a short walk to all the historic sites, while also close to lots of delicious restaurants. The rooms are spacious with windows you can open to enjoy the sounds of Rome.
The breakfast is delicious!!! It is adjacent to the Parliment building so it was neat when the French President was visiting right next door!

Comfortable room overlooking square; which could be a little noisy late into the night with people out and about in the square
Buffet Breakfast was good but could have offered fresh fruit.
Conveniently located to all attractions in Rome plus around the corner from Giolitti the best place for Gelato....

Love everything about this hotel! The hospitality provided is beyond measure - Valentina and Roberta were fabulous! They gave us so many helpful recommendations and treated us like family.
The hotel is very charming, beautifully decorated, extremely clean and comfortable. This was our 5th visit to Hotel Nazionale - we would never stay anywhere else when visiting Rome. Love it so much!...

We stayed for 5 nights in this hotel, & it's ideally positioned for main attractions. Everywhere was spotlessly clean, breakfast very good & plentiful.
The staff were very friendly & helpful.
I would like to particularly mention Roberta, who without her help we would missed our connection train to Florence.
Our organised pick up did not turn up & didn't inform us all, but
