Beautiful hotel with a sentral location

Beautiful hotel with a great location in sentral Rome. You can reach all the sentral locations from the hotel. Our room had a beautiful side view of the Tiber river which was great. I also forgot my hairdryer in the room and the hotel found it and were kind enough to send it to me. Thank you for our stay....

Disappointing Hospitality Overshadows an Otherwise Good Location

I waited until after our holiday to write this review because when we left Ponte Sisto, I honestly thought I might have misunderstood a cultural nuance, unintentionally upsetting the staff. However, after experiencing exceptional service throughout the rest of our two-week trip in Italy, I feel its important to share an honest account of our stay.

The Cupido Room

We booked the Cupido Room. This room doesnt come up on many of the search sites, but I found it and it was well worth the upgrade. On the fourth floor, it has windows and a door where you can access a private garden terrace with a view of Via dei Pettinari and Ponte Sisto. The king bed was very comfortable. Chilled and convenient

Second stay at this hotel. Its location is both out of the way but at the same time convenient. Highlight is the courtyard where you can have the most chilled breakfast in a nice day but also just hang out for an hour when the busy streets get too much. Staff are very helpful too....

Defective Equipment & Unprofessional Staff Response

I stayed here on August 27, 2025, and had an extremely upsetting experience. I requested an iron from the front desk before an important event the hotels iron was defective and burned through my dress.
When I sought help from staff, I was met with hostility and told the damage was my fault rather than being offered any support or solution. The lack of empathy and accountability was shocking.
