The location is quite good, as it is about a 5-minute walk from Termini and probably a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum. The photos posted by the hotel are somewhat misleading because the room appears to be much larger than it is. This hotel is in a good location, but was the smallest hotel room i stayed in on my italian vacation. Pillows were heavy and hard, shower was ittybitty, but not unexpected. mirrors in several places to make the room look less small. Whew. oh so small....

We received a warm and friendly welcome the staff were lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. The building has a unique, quirky charm and is in a great location, within walking distance of many attractions. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet at night Our room was cleaned daily. That said, the rooms could use a bit of TLC, as the furnishings and decor felt quite dated and worn....

This was a convenient clean hotel that was right around the corner from Santa Maria Maggoria. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and helpful. There was an elevator to get luggage upstairs. The floors were beautiful. On the minus side, our bathroom was very tiny and they use the system where you have to put your key card in the slot for the electricity in the room to turn on. Comfortable hotel, close to the Roma Termini. We stayed here the evening before our flight. It is a comfortable room, good storage, etc. Unfortunately the shower did not drain fast and was leaking out into the bathroom (had we been there more than one night this would be an issue). hotel staff was helpful, there is a small elevator that sometimes worked....
