Loved all the employees! Every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming, and professional. Especially the woman who worked in the breakfast areashe was so nice and incredibly helpful every single morning. She went out of her way to make sure everyone had what they needed, kept the area clean and well-stocked, and always greeted us with a smile. It made our mornings feel extra special.

We had a fantastic family trip staying at this hotel in Rome! The staff were outstandingespecially the reception team, who were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Its also wheelchair-friendly, which made a huge difference for us. Great hotel experience. Staff very friendly, very clean, well designed bathroom (so rare) great service, a really excellent place to stay. Loved the location as well. The roof top was fabulous offering a spectacular view of Rome. I was super impressed by this hotel....

Hotel is very beautiful. Well equipped with one of the best breakfast displays seen in a while. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Location to get to metro, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Piazza Barberini is perfect. Restaurants and markets within walking distance as well. Staff is very tentive and accomodating to your needs. Feeling of HOME in Rome.

Room Mate Filippo was an excellent choice for us in Rome,
located a few minutes walk from the Spanish Stairs, Fontana Di Trevi and Piazza Barberini.
The rooms are very nice and the bathroom is modern and spacious.
Breakfast was very good.
But the most important of all is the staff of the hotel that is so nice, polite and helpful, no matter what you ask and request.
They all gave us the feeling of HOME in Rome....
