We arrived last Friday for the rugby . On arrival the receptionist was on his own trying to deal with a lot of couples looking to check in. This was a disaster! The hotel apparently has a tendency to overbook and send people to another hotel miles away with no prior warning which is unacceptable as they knew three days before arrival! . Cheap and clean

Clean room, luggage storage, good location for the terminal, bit of a walk to other locations (30/40 mins at leisurely pace). Comfy bed and hot water for the price so cant complain. Negatives - full of school groups (as mentioned in other reviews) so does make for a bit of noisy night and not all plugs and lights worked in the room (one of each)....

The rooms were clean , the staff are very welcoming and friendly the only downside is no kettle, tea ,coffee , cups or milk in room , you have to pay for it down at the bar , the school groups are rude and dirty with no manners during breakfast the staff there are amazing cleaning up after them...

The only positive aspect of my stay was the hotel's convenient location near Roma Termini, making transportation easy.
However, my overall experience was disappointing. From the first day, the hotel felt more like a school accommodation, with tens of teenagers crowding the lobby. Booked this as a package offer taking 2 rooms for 4 adults. Read negative reviews before we went and wasnt expecting much. Weve been completely surprised! Our rooms were amazing, spacious and clean. The bathroom was also very spacious with soap for the shower. There was air con which was good as it was still warm. There was a good space for hanging and folding clothes, as well as a fridge which kept our drinks cool...
