Do NOT stay here - you can do better for the price elsewhere!
I stayed at the place in late September - early October. I had a single room that was about the size of a small college or university dormitory. I had to step over my luggage to get to and from the bed. The bed itself had a very think mattress and the sub layer felt like a sheet of warped plywood. Very friendly people with check in. Elevator was very small and we waited as long as 30 minutes sometimes (4 nights). TV had so many channels, including FNN, CNN, Bloomberg. Bed was soft and we loved it. Bathroom had a shower step into bathtub. Liquid soap on wall and hair dryer included. Breakfast was very good. Coffee, latte, chocolate, juice. Hotel was wonderful! It is in the perfect location Right next to the Collisseum and Roman Forum and short walk to the Trevie Fountain . The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room are clean and quiet. Many restaurants right outside the door! Perfect place to stay in the hear of room!...

Stayed here for 3 nights, room was fine no issues with it and it had a bath with a shower which was handy for us. You can hear people moving around at night and our door wouldn't lock on our first night when we were going out for dinner but they fixed this very quickly, we would stay here again....

We arrived last Friday for the rugby . On arrival the receptionist was on his own trying to deal with a lot of couples looking to check in. This was a disaster! The hotel apparently has a tendency to overbook and send people to another hotel miles away with no prior warning which is unacceptable as they knew three days before arrival! .
