Lovely modern hotel thats close to hop and on buses and station and walkable to landmarks in 25 mins if you are fit. Lovely little restaurants around to eat at night too.
Staff so friendly and helpful on desk. Rooms are spotless and modern. Breakfast was lovely especially the omelette which we paid extra for 2 and 1 pancakes but well worth the £20 for all three but basic breakfast still lovely.

This hotel is located 3 blocks from the central train station in Rome. Convenient if you are taking a cruise from the cruise port in Rome. This is a large modern hotel similar to the Hilton brand. The rooms are nice, large, and well equipped with all modern conveniences. There is a large lobby and convention space on the lower level. The front desk staff are helpful and all speak English. Unexpected Voluntary Charges on the Invoice

Overall, the hotel itself was pleasant and the location was convenient, but I was disappointed by the billing practices.
I have stayed at this hotel for well over 100 nights over the past 20 years, and I have never previously encountered this kind of charge.

A well situated hotel for walking to most of the sights. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were very good. A variation of the hot dishes on offer would have been a bonus. Our biggest issue with this hotel was the lack of air conditioning.
