The hotel room was very clean, and clean and close to many places within walking distance. We found a couple of nice restaurants, but don't go to the restaurant where the waiter try to pull you in from the streets. Getting around was very easy....

The front desk staff we interacted with during our stay were extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful - they are in need of some serious customer service training....

The hotel is very nice. Some of the staff at the reception desk have poor manners. However, Oussama was a positive influence on my stay. He was always pleasant and helpful in every interaction. Breakfast was mediocre....

Horrible experience in every way. We got in after a red eye having been awake for over 24 hours, the staff were extremely rude to us for asking if we could pay for early check in. We had seen multiple people get in early before us. The room stunk, the shower drain was clogged and the twin beds they shoved together kept coming apart. Horrible experience. My wife and I stayed here for two nights after our arrival in Rome on Friday, September 12th. This was our second stay at this hotel, we stayed her in the spring of 2023 on a trip to Rome through Marathon Tours and Travel.
