Lovely hotel close to the train station. Quiet room, good size, very clean. Comfortable bed but the sofa bed was not comfortable. Almost all staff were lovely, very helpful and friendly. Just one Receptionist was rude when we checked in, no idea what we did to annoy him (he was fine with the English-speaking couple after us ). This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in and out was fast and easy. The front desk was always so helpful, they called us many taxis while we were there. The breakfast was very good with lots of things to choose from. And their coffee machines were awesome! It was in a great location, easy to get to many places. We enjoyed our stay very much! Fernando was so helpful and friendly at check in and every day after. He suggested La Familia restaurant down the road about 1 block and we enjoyed it more than once! The breakfast staff was friendly and helpful. The front desk was also helpful and sweet. We would all stay here again if we return to Rome.
