Only good thing about this hotel was it was next to the train station. We have been in multiple 3 stars and we book these because we dont plan on being in the room but exploring the sites. However, the air-conditioning didn't work, our room looked over a walk way that would give people access to our room if the window was open so had to keep that closed. We had a great time at this hotel. The location was perfect for us, a short walk from the train station with a bus stop 3 minutes away which can take you into the middle of Rome in about 20 minutes. If you dont want to use public transport and are looking to see the touristy spots then id stay somewhere closer to the middle of Rome. Being robbed in front of hotel reception!

An experience as bad as possible. I have been pickpocketed within the hotel, in front of the reception, on a Sunday afternoon by a woman who looked like a client.
The assistance and the manners received by the hotel personnel has been of very poor quality.
Be aware, I feel like it may happen again there, due to lack of adequate surveillance....

Idea location

Location good 5 minutes away from train station. Room was basic a little dated but clean and reflected the price had tv and air conditioning. The downstairs bar, dining room and entrance was very clean and tidy always. Very welcoming. Breakfast was a continental style which we enjoyed every morning, Most staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Drinks reasonably priced in bar. Would stay again if visiting Rome....

Rude aggressive staff

Hotel was basic but adequate
Front desk staff were not pleasant it was my son's first time in Italy and the staff just were not friendly or welcoming at all.
