We stayed here 28th may-1st June prior to arriving i emailed the hotel to ask about ensuring our room had 4 beds (2 adults one teenager one child) as some reviews said it was a sofa bed. They emailed me back within 20 minutes! Which alone is unheard of.
I was reassured all rooms have been renovated and it will be fine. And it was!

All you can eat breakfast was very nice they replenished the drinks in the mimi fridge lovely balcony is thing good price and place the only bad thing was the shower wich was a bit annoying with the pressure and temperature beds were also very comfortable no English channels on the TV :(

This was our first time to Rome so we were a bit nervous. I chose this place because of location and price and both of those proved true. This place turned out great for our needs for 6 nights. Clean, lovely staff, and great central location from all the iconic land marks perfect stay.
Rooms cleaned daily and the Annex is a great way to spend a few days in Rome....
