Lovely hotel with friendly staff

We have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel. It was the perfect base for exploring, as its within walking distance of all the tourist attractions we waned to visit. The rooms are very small but extremely clean. The staff are what makes this hotel though, they are all so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was quite basic but otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

Yes Hotel is a No for us! This is a very average European hotel with very small rooms, dated decor, worn linens, and a cheap feel. For the price we paid were very surprised. It may be fine for some people's taste but I definitely would not classify it as "boutique." It is close to the train and the staff was nice, but we would not recommend this hotel for the price!...

Really lovely boutique hotel in a very convenient location near Termini station. Hotel staff were super helpful, nothing appeared to be too much bother. Our room was small but really clean and with everything you might need for a few days in Rome. The bed was comfortable and the maid came in daily to replenish the towels and remake the bed. Lovely quiet stay in ideal location

Stayed for 4 nights at Yes Boutique Hotel. Very close to Roma Termini and metro. In a quiet location this hotel is also quiet. Rooms are well equipped and staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble to them. Even sorted our room telephone that was ringing every two hours on our first night
