Can't rate this hotel enough to start communication was amazing keeping me updated , location in the centre of Salzburg was fantastic with everything just a 10 minute walk away , we arrived to fantastic and welcoming staff who let us check on early , the upgrade was pennies compared to the quality of suite we were allocated and since being here room service has been excellent as well as discreet and most importantly ...

The Hotel is superbly situated being 6 mins stroll the thr Winter Palace and right in the heart of shops and restuarants.
The staff were excellent as too was the cleanliness of the Hotel.
3 min walk to the bridge with the locks on and then 10 more across the river to the beating heart of Salzburg .
This Hotel does exactly what is says it will but even better.
1000 pct recommend...

Fantastic hotel, right in the centre of Salzburg. Rooms are small but beautifully finished. Tea/coffee facilities, fridge, complimentary water bottle daily.
Bathroom is very small but the shower is really good.
Very comfortable bed and room was very quiet.
Breakfast was first class! Choice of hot and cold buffet, fresh fruit, great selection of breads and pastries.
Hotel is spotlessly clean.

Great helpful service from the reception staff . Free upgrade . Gave us the same room when we extended our stay . Advised on free travel pass ( free with City tax ) . Thank you
Out Room nábř I would not consider boutique but fine...
