Good hotel, excellent location, very nice rooms, very comfortable beds. It fitted our needs perfectly.
A little less good - the shower head was broken and it took a couple of reminders to reception before it was mended.
A bit more of a problem - the Italian restaurant below the hotel plays music from about 6pm to about 12 midnight. If this kind of thing doesn't bother you, all well and good. However the constant bas...

The rooms are very comfortable. Our bed didn't feel like the mattress has been slept on by thousands of people. The pillows were fluffy and the temperature in the room was comfortable. The location is fabulous. It's a very short work to Mirabell Palace and gardens. If you like Italian food there's a restaurant under the hotel. Nice boutique hotel in a great location near restaurants and shops in Salzburg. Staff were friendly and rooms were fine. Air conditioning worked great which was nice as it was quite hot during our stay. The shower was very small and could have used a good scrubbing but the water was hot....

The hotels location is very central and handy for so many restaurants as well as the many sights which Salzburg has to offer. Everywhere is within easy reach. The hotel rooms are clean and comfortable and all the staff are very attentive, professional and friendly. My husband and I spent 2 nights in Salzburg to celebrate our anniversary. The hotel was clean, beautifully decorated, and located in the town centre. The extra coffee, tea, kettle, and fridge were a nice addition. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend!...
