Good Hotel near Airport!

I stay overnight for a meeting there ! Frontdesk quick/friendly. I told them charge me 1x city tax as alone but they charge 2x next day need to fix it and solved. Room clean/functional. Coffee set is good missed a tea for night. Near hotel a good restaurant for a schnitzel called Martha and reasonable price.
Checkout easy! Shops all around....

This hotel couldnt even honour the booking I made. We had chose to use this one as a convenient mid-point stop on a 1500 mile journey.
I called the hotel at 21.30 to inform them that we would be arriving after 23.00 due to traffic and appalling weather. I was told not to worry, the receptionist was 24 hours and we would be welcome when we arrived.

The bedsheets were not changed when we have checked in, you could see body hair belonging previous guests on the sheets. I have informed the receptionist, she offered to change the room, i have accepted, when we both checked the new room, guess what. It had the same issue. So i think bed sheets dont get change between reservations. I asked for some fresh sheets, changed them personally, first then could sleep....

Not a 4 * star hotel.
Calls itself an airport hotel doesnt even offer a shuttle service to the airport.
Tiny little room 2 double beds hardly space to move arround suppose to be a family suite!
One small wardrobe no drawers. We had no bath towels only 2 tiny hand towels for 3 people. Shower gel was empty. 2 coffee pods and one had a hole in it.
So disappointed in this hotel. Not up to any good standard. Clearly ...
