My Wife and I enjoyed this hotel in quiet part of the heart of Salzburg so much! The room was quiet lovely and had a beautiful decor! The food in the restaurant was so wonderful and the fish was cooked perfectly. What made the hotel special was the General Manager Ulrike who welcomed us with warm towels and a wonderful toast for two of prosecco! She made us feel like family! This is a beautiful boutique hotel. We just love its appointments and furnishings. Its is great location to walk around and sightsee. We did have trouble finding it, and finding parking, which was frustrating but well worth it; we would certainly go back and stay here again....

What a fantastic stay we had at Hotel Goldgasse! The location is absolutely perfect for walking to all the sites and restaurants. Our upgraded (Thanks Ulrike!) mini suite on the 4th floor was spotless and the perfect amount of space and amenities for our 3 night stay. Great bed, coffee bar, modern bathroom with walk in shower. We were thrilled there was an elevator in this hotel as most European hotels don't have...

One of the most perfect stay ever! We arrived around 3pm to two glasses of sparkling wine, what a great welcome. We booked the junior suite on fourth floor and it was absolutely amazing. The lady of the house is absolutely friendly, lots of recommendations when it comes to sightseeing, places to visit, cafes and restaurants. We love her story telling and always with a smile!

Very nice experience with Ulrika as our host. Room was uniquely decorated, with great bathroom and rain shower. Breakfast continental style plus eggs to order. Everything tasty. All sorts of drink choices including good cappuccino. They are leaving Hyatt small hotels in May. Too bad....
