Ulrike, the caretaker - is so friendly and helpful that this small yet warm and cozy historic hotel becomes such an authentic Austrian experience in a very good way. My wife and I were there for the Christmas markets which were literally a one-minute walk from the hotel. Ulrike is always close by and ensures that all guests are pleased at all times. A very warm welcome at this centrally located but peaceful hotel. Everything we needed, plus a hearty breakfast in the morning (note not a buffet but a delightful selection of pastries, breads, cheeses, hams, yogurts and fruit etc.). Staff were helpful and we felt at home, thank you!...

Boutique hotel with wonderful service right in Salzburg Altstadt

This is a lovely boutique hotel in Salzburg's Old Town. The rooms are modern, the beds comfortable, the décor artistic, and the toiletries high-end. The main hotelier at reception was so welcoming, and she was lovely and helpful with recommendations.
