Comfortable and clean hotel in a fantastic location

The hotel and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room, which was a junior suite was very comfortable and clean. The hotel is on. Very quiet and quaint cobblestone street which is right in the heart of old town. . We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for its location and comfort....

Fantastic welcome and overall service level from arrival to departure.
Lovely restaurant and staff very attractive.
Location unbeatable, so my advice just book it!
Wife and I lucky to travel widely and have had some amazing stays and occasional disaster so comments are genuine as we always research comments before committing ourselves...

Quite possibly the best hotel experience of my life - from Ulrike's warm welcome, the exquisite bed linens, warm towels, tea kettle and divine shower supplies, everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The breakfast was superb, served by our warm and lovely morning waitress, delicious coffee and food. We felt like the salt and pepper shakers might come alive and start singing Be My Guest at any moment. I hop...

Like others, we found the welcome from the host a great experience. The room was large by European standards and the bed was comfy. Everything we wanted and more. Really cant understand how anyone can fault this Hotel. It was personal, modern and comfortable. Looking forward to returning! Location cant be beat....

What a lovely little hotel in the Altstadt in a cute little laneway, the Gold Alley.
Outstanding personalised service from Ulriyke - what a delightful lady, an absolute asset to this hotel. She is enough of a reason to return and we will.
