The Axiom is a beautiful hotel in the heart of downtown San Francisco. One of its entrances sits right beside the terminus of several cable car lines that you can take down to Fisherman's Warf, among other places.
The amenities are excellent. My room was minimalist in decor but well appointed, which is to my taste. Plenty of towels, coffee, blankets as you would expect.

Upon arrival, the hospitality and warmth iI received from Dolly set the tone for a nice stay. Of course, the fun quirks like an on-staff robot and an arcade nook were a plus, but ultimately, nothing can replace the comfort that a good front desk provides. Offering local tips, a friendly face, and prioritizing guest support, Dolly made me feel taken care of. Thank you!...

Checking in/out was a breeze! The front desk staff, particularly Dhali and Tianna, were very helpful. The bathroom, however, had a dirty toilet and a clogged shower. I had to clean the toilet myself, and take a shower in another room. Other than that, the accommodations were good....
