Location was perfect with the cable cars right outside the door. Walkable to Oracle park. Only thing I wish I would have known was the sir conditioner was a portable rolling unit and therefore was a little noisier than a standard hotel room's air conditioning. Brian at checkin was super friendly and helpful....

The Axiom Hotel is an excellent boutique hotel. It has everything you need including a cute cafe with a great breakfast selection. The gym is small but has plenty of equipment to meet your fitness needs. I love the location which is just right next to the Powell Street Cable car line and the BART station. Extra charge not explained

The location is great and room, although small, was adequate. However, I received an additional charge for over $100 after my stay (I prepaid for the full stay from a third-party system) and have tried for 3 weeks to obtain a receipt or ANY explanation of the charge, despite leaving messages with both the Accounting department and the General Manager....
