The beginning of trip was not what we had hoped for. Our room was having issues with the heat/cooling system which couldn't be fixed. Unfortunately, the hotel was sold out our first night and we had to deal with it. The next day was completely different as the Front Desk Manager Bryan resolved our issue by moving us to an upgraded room and making adjustments for our first night. He and his team went out of their way ...

The hotel itself was very nice and the rooms felt very luxurious. I had amazing interactions with the staff members and management. The front desk workers were very accommodating and the director was very helpful in assisting me with all of my questions in regards to my reservation....

We enjoyed our stay at Axiom. The hotel had very nice facilities (including the gym), top-of-the-line coffee, and filtered water on each floor.
However, despite all the bells and whistles, what made Axiom the best in business is the people. We were treated so well the whole time and would love to return!
Lastly, unlike most hotels, the bed and pillows were very comfortable! I haven't slept this well in a long time!...

Nicolas gives next level customer service!

We had a great stay at the Axiom. You can not fault the location. The turnaround for the cable car is right outside and the BART station is barely a stones throw away. The best thing however was the service provided by Nicolas the night manager. He arranged a room move for us at 2am due to a noise issue we had. He couldn't have been more helpful or efficient....

Axiom hotel is located near cable car stop. Underground station is close the hotel. Union square is more or less 300 metri to the hotel. ...
