Great hotel! Will definitely be back. Special kudos to Tajae at front desk for excellent customer service.
Stayed 1 night in a "Nano Queen" room on the 2nd floor. Charming, historic building with high ceilings, right next to the cable car turn-around.
Pros: easy to get to from airport. Took the BART train directly from Oakland to Powell Street station and it only cost $13!

The Axiom is fabulous. From the location, super friendly staff (Ahmed), wonderful cafe and perfectly appointed rooms, it made our stay comfortable and convenient! We will be back...

I would give this a five star because the staff were very nice, the room was clean, hotel is unique and nicely located. My only negative is all wall sockets quit working at 11:30 pm and didnt start working again until 3:30 a.m. it was odd and the air wasnt working, phones werent charging etc. other than that weird quirk I really enjoyed my stay. I loved the pillows!...

The hotel itself is wonderful. The bathrooms are nice, the beds are super comfy, and the staff are amazing. I like this hotel so much, it was my 2nd time staying here....
