This is a place to stay if you are desparate for lodging. No amenities like food and beverage. There's a bar in the lobby but it's not open at all. Vending machines are your last hope. Thin walls. Cleanliness...ugh...carpet stained, shower had hair on the walls. Loud plumbing. And, bonus, an early morning false fire alarm. I paid for early check in. *sigh* Was willing to stay and put up with it...just use it for sle...

Hotel was walking distance to dinner and theater. We were also able to upgrade reservations to include parking which was nice. Hotel was clean and service was quick. Somehow there ended up being a crib in room but when we called they came up immediately to remove. Room was clean with a few stains on rug. Bed was comfortable. This is wherein stay when I need to be in S.F. . The Hotle is clean and nice and the location is central part of S.F. to get around with good transportation options. Super friendly staff , Bennie is very attentive and helpful at the front desk. Close to Orpheum theater and civic center....

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone, not clean at all, the water in the washroom to shower pools up. And the area alone is very unsafe would not suggest satying here...
