We stayed a week at the Club Wyndham Canterbury, when we were in town visiting family who live in the Bay Area. It was very easy to get on the BART system to rendezvous with them or to explore the city by the Muni bus system or by foot. We also availed ourselves of our first Waymo ride which was fun and interesting. Waymo cars are all over the downtown area and easy to get. Our accommodations were very adequate, with...

hotel location is perfect explore, San Francisco almost anywhere you walk, including to the pier is no more than 30 minutes walk the staff are very helpful, and the room size is great and has everything needed. ...

Absolutely gorgeous hotel in the perfect location. Easily walkable with many great restaurants nearby. Markets also nearby. The staff was so helpful and fulfilled any requests immediately. So rare. The top pick for a nearby restaurant is Fino. The food is to die for and the waiter and bartender are hilarious. Lovely classic interior, dont be fooled by a simple exterior.Best Italian food ever....

The Canterbury is a great hotel close to the downtown area with great restaurants all around, the rooms include all the amenities and are clean and comfortable....
