Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was hot and ready whenever you went down. Selection was basically the same every day. The hotel was within walking distance to Fisherman's Warf. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked a question....

The USP of this hotel is the location. Rooms are spacious but unfortunately we were given a room with a neighbouring wall as the view. Another issue was that only one elevator was in service and it created a long wait especially during breakfast.
The reception staff is friendly but I can't say the same for the restaurant staff. On 2 different days I got curt replies regarding the muffins that appeared only on the fi...

Good location , only Comfort Inn I've ever stayed in without a fridge in the room , only one elevator was working and the breakfast room did not have enough tables But the beds were comfortable and my room had a view of the Bay and Golden Gate Bridge...

The hotel was in a great location, super close to things we wanted to do. Beds were very comfy and the room was quite spacious. The breakfast was the best in San Francisco! Only 1 of the 2 elevators was working. Very good hotel would reccomend....

Great Hotel

Had some problems but thanks to the help of employee Dole we were taken care of.Recommend this hotel to everyone.Great for families and friends.Comfort Inn is the place to visit and stay for any occasion.O enjoyed my stay after Dole took care if things for us....
