Clean, updated rooms and baths, great location, friendly staff. Rooms not big but adequate. Everything worked fine including shower water pressure, TV and internet. I recommend this moderately priced hotel one-half block from Powell Street and two blocks to Union Square and cable car turntable....

This hotel is only a 5 minute walk from the Powell street bart station. Hotel is relatively new compared to most other hotels in the area. The restaurant and bar are finally open after being close for a number of year. There is a gym in the hotel complete with cardio machines and some weights. Avoid at all costs! This hotel is terrible. Staying for an annual investor conference and the price charged were insane. But this place isnt even worth a $1 a night. The rooms are outdated, dirty and incredibly small, they claim Queen deluxe beds but they are barely Fulls. The TVs constantly say no signal and there is NO water pressurelike none, you should just wash up in the sink.

Good value hotel in convenient location.
Room was lovely, clean and adequate for a short stay in the heart of the city.
Walk to attractions, shopping and restaurants as well as in house restaurant for breakfast. Would recommend if on a budget...
