This is a four-star hotel, and unfortunately it falls well short of that standard. The overall experience was disappointing. There is no room service and no laundry service, which are basic amenities I would expect at this level. On top of that, the hotel was loud at night, making it difficult to rest. For the price and rating, I expected far better. I would not consider this a true four-star experience....

Duplicate charges to card for stay and destination fee - they are not refunding. Urge others not to stay here

Please help - front desk illegally insisted on duplicate charging my credit card at checkout.
When I checked in for one-night stay 12/31-1/1, Anna at front desk kindly confirmed booking was fully prepaid on my trip.com reservation including destination fee appr. $30 and all other fees.

Stayed at this well run hotel for 7 days commencing the 30th November 2025 for my birthday and my sons birthday
When we arrived we was greeted by Anna a lovely lady and given an upgraded room on the 12th floor my room was 1214. The room its self was immaculately clean with nice linen on the beds and great views out of two windows and very quiet. The power shower was also very good.

Check in was quick and simple, room was clean and was quiet at night, the neighbourhood we went through beforehand was a bit rough but there seemed to be an invisible barrier and that element never crossed it, we felt quite safe there.
