Clean modern hotel, walking distance to BART and Union Square. Front desk staff was friendly. I was there on business and the banquet staff and service was great....

Hotel Nikko is a wonderful place to stay. The service and standards are high-quality, luxurious, efficient, clean, and safe. The location is perfect for exploring the city and accessing nearby facilities, attractions, etc.
That being said, services offered are pricey. I recommend exploring outside options for things like dining.
Overall, I had a good time at Hotel Nikko and would stay here again....

Ideally situated for Union Square and surrounding area. Great amenities and friendly staff. Imperial Lounge a bit underwhelming, but otherwise lived up to expectations...

Beautiful room and great service. Everything was smooth. Hotel is a little dated but the rooms were modern and beautiful. Definitely a beautiful lobby. All the facilities you can expect too. A great gym and decent heated swimming pool - a little too warm at 32 celsius. Very clean everywhere. It's just the little things that annoyed me such as asking for a second espresso coffee at breakfast and being told it's an ext...

Hotel Niko is a joke laziest staff ever.

Worst experience ever my work reserved me a room for two nights with parking and breakfast included. I had to call them 4 plus times to find the reservation and no one at the front desk could locate my name.
My employer called and verified that I was on the list and so when I arrived they took over an hour to find the credit card in their system worst service I have ever had.
Id take a Motel 6 over this overpric...
