hotel security think my golf clubs is a rifle . Hotel secury called San Francisco police station to arrest me and send me to the emergency department at CMC Van Ness Campus for psychiatric evaluation. The hotel security successful cheat San Francisco police department by providing with wrong statements. Then San Francisco police break the law. I can sue San Francisco police for illegally arresting me for 5 million ...

The hotel, restaurants, lounge (available on certain floors, we happened to be offered an optional upgrade to the 22nd floor, with lounge and pool/sauna/steamroom/gym access, including free breakfast in the lounge), valet, housekeeping, desk staff, waitstaffall world class. I highly recommend trying the food and drinks at the restaurants. Will definitely be going back....

Clean modern hotel, walking distance to BART and Union Square. Front desk staff was friendly. I was there on business and the banquet staff and service was great....

Hotel Nikko is a wonderful place to stay. The service and standards are high-quality, luxurious, efficient, clean, and safe. The location is perfect for exploring the city and accessing nearby facilities, attractions, etc.
That being said, services offered are pricey. I recommend exploring outside options for things like dining.
Overall, I had a good time at Hotel Nikko and would stay here again....

Ideally situated for Union Square and surrounding area. Great amenities and friendly staff. Imperial Lounge a bit underwhelming, but otherwise lived up to expectations...
