A once good hotel that seems to be losing ground.

Room was clean and comfortable, and housekeeping did a good job. TV was not working and evidently could not be fixed. Imperial floor experience has declined in quality over the years, and I would not recommend the upgrade if it costs more than $40 tops.

Super friendly and helpful staff who offered us full use of the health centre to freshen up after a 14 hour flight from Sydney prior to our room being ready for check-in. Great central location close to transport, shops, restaurants, Union Square etc. Nice hotel, very modern and clean with all amenities....

We often attend shows at Feinstein's. We decided to stay overnight at the NIkko after a show and we had a large, comfortable room on a high floor. Overall, very good, though the room and valet parking were a bit expensive. We don't care for the Anzu restaurant at the Nikko, but there are many other options nearby....

Nice hotel, attentive service. Great location downtown, close to the cable car turntable and shopping! Great also for food options!...
