Bad Experience at the Nikko Hotel in San Francisco, CA.

The front desk Asian lady (assistant manager) lacked English verbal skills during the check-in. She was loud and could not articulate her words clear. We had to ask her to repeat herself many times. It was very frustrating. She also charged us $32.00 for an early check-in, even though we had arrived at 1:10 pm. We decided not to return to the Nikko Hotel anymore....

Great experience for business travel

What a wonderful hotel! I stayed here for a conference I was attending and it was convenient. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was absolutely clean and spotless. Super comfortable. Location was convenient to the Moscone center and local dining and sights. I would love to return here....

Executive Suite, Not as expected...

Most likely never. When we checked in, we were told that the swimming pool was not open, but we were still charged for amenities. I had originally reserved this stay for my wife's 26th birthday celebration and had made a reservation for dinner at Kan Pai. Then, shortly after we received a text from Kan Pai informing us that their menu was restricted for that evening, we were met with a messy room in room 1905, comple...

The room was so spacious, beautiful, and luxurious that I didnt even feel like going outside! (lol)
The hospitality was exceptional in every way.
When I visit San Francisco, I will definitely stay at Hotel Nikko again....

Pool is not working. dirty rooms

The room was dirty, and my son found fake eyelashes. I do not wear any. Also, their pool is not working! It is closed.They offer to let us use another hotels pool, but theres nowhere to change....
