The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and rooms comfortable and a great size. Everything was new and clean. The location is perfect for shopping, museum, and the harbour. Close to the Bart for easy access to the airport and transportation around the city. I would definitely stay again. ...

Good hotel, sketchy neighborhood, mediocre room service

The room was comfortable, no major complaints there, although the chairs weren't comfy for working at the table. I'd prefer a better desk setup for laptop use.
Room service existed (which is better than many other hotels), but was way overpriced for the quality. I have room service often, but I wouldn't use it again at Nikko.
The location in the Tenderloin is, of course, bad. Homelessness and drug use just gets con...

LOVE this hotel! Great service.
Came to SF for a conference. Nikko is a great hotel for business travelers because they were able to accommodate my needs and schedule making my stay there a pleasure. I love that the staff understands excellent service.
We had a beautiful large room and were greeted by the fun dog theme with Japanese hospitality. The hotel actually has 2 real dogs Buster & Beau that you can schedule...
