Lovely stay here.
The hotel has an indoor pool that you can use till 10pm at night, they also have a mens and womens sauna and wet room.
On the gym floor - they have water dispensers that have different flavors which was an additive treat. Staff was very friendly, the beds nice and firm, the showers had hot and strong water flow. I would come back again!!!...

Excellent Room Service, Friendly and Professional staff. Comfortable Beds
The windows are not sound dampening so from the 11th floor you can hear all the street noise - get a higher floor if you need quiet to sleep
The Bathroom lights are a little intense and the tile could use an update, but other than those small items its a great place for a business stay...

Hotel Nikko is a fantastic hotel just steps from Union Square. The rooms are modern, the service is excellent, and the location makes it easy to explore downtown.
One of the highlights is the rooftop pool and lounge area....

My stay at Hoyle turned into one of the worst travel experiences Ive ever had.
I had prepaid the room and only authorized a $700 security deposit. Despite this, the hotel placed a $2,000+ pre-authorization on my card without my permission or prior notice. This completely drained the funds available on my card while I was in the U.S., leaving me essentially without money during my trip.

Hotel Nikko is the only place Ive stayed in Union Square that gets everything right, style, comfort, amenities, cleanliness. Its in a great location and overall a really pleasant experience....
