Presidential Suite Stay Ruined by Embarrassing Valet, Rude Staff & Zero Accountability

We stayed in the Presidential Suite at Parc 55 SF Wednesday night. The room had a breathtaking view, the buffet was satisfying, and I want to give a HUGE shoutout to **Mavis at the front desk** the only person who showed real professionalism. She stayed sweet, calm, and helpful while everything around her felt like complete chaos.
Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was so unprofessional it completely overshadowed...

Nice but not great

We were on our honeymoon and enjoyed our stay, we did mention this but no special treatment was given as expected in this current time.
The hotel is lovely, the location however is not great.
Just be careful going out at night, Tenderloin is less than 2 minutes away.
The hotel staff were pleasant and the cleaning staff did a great job.

Used to love staying at this hotel; it finally finished getting itself back together and looks nice and new. Check-in was easy breezy, and the room was huge. We ate at the restaurant, and the food was good, and the service was great. Great location, easy to get to most things we wanted to do. Very close to the cable car if that is an interest and close to other great food places as well....

Parc Falls Short

Dint live up to expectations..In the room one of the lamps didnt work..you have to move the coffee machine to the nearest plug socket..one of the draws would not shut properly..had to shave outside of bathroom as configuration meant that i couldnt get close to the main mirror..windows were very dirty..coffee/tea sachets were not topped up during stay (as well as plastic cups)..bath and shower looked old and tired.
