Great Front Desk Experience at the Stanford Court in San Francisco

I'm still at the Stanford Court but wanted to post a positive review about Delores at the front desk. I had a complicated issue and she immediate investigated the best way to move forward. She offered a creative solution and then contacted her manager, Ray. Delores is cheerful, professional and a welcome delight for the service industry. Been staying here over the past two years whenever I have business in San Francisco, which has been often. Very attentive, upbeat, and respectful team here. Very clean, genuinely luxurious without being pretentious. Excellent food, great bar, nice fitness center, sound security. You get a lot for the reasonable cost....

Stanford Court has a great location. Loved that you could drive in a covered area to be dropped off. Jeffrey at the front desk and every staff member we met were very friendly. They gave bottled water and have a refillable water filter available which helped a lot. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The best hotel stay Ive had in a while....
