Perfect location in upper nob Hill. Right near iconic cable car cross section. Walkable, safe area. Close to Chinatown and North Beach. Comfortable, spacious rooms. A special thanks to RAY at the front desk for helping with check out....

Decent service but the building is definitely old and has not been renovated. Rooms were small and not befitting considering the price tag. I booked through Booking.com and selected the only breakfast available, but upon reception was notified that Breakfast was not a Buffet but a voucher where I was allowed a decent but not filling breakfast. Good hotel for a few day stay, but by no means a luxury or high-end hotel....

Booked a Solo trip to see the bridge and found myself here for two nights and three days. It was a wonderful and actually great location. Highly
Recommend the tram rides and the staff is great with food recommendations.

Great location and comfort for our family of four using husbands work trip as a vacation for myself and 9 and 4 year olds. The kids were made to feel extra special in the mornings through the kindness of Shirley, Honeybee, and Carlos each morning at breakfast in the lobby.
