Lovely hotel within walking distance of the bus station and old town. Perfect location. The rooms are big, modern and well maintained. Bathroom was lovely with a big walking shower. We really enjoyed the breakfasts every morning with a great selection to suit everyone. Staff were all very helpful and professional. Will be back!...

We only stayed one night after a very long drive. Staff were friendly and welcoming.Room was excellent, very well maintained and comfortable, good shower, large comfortable bed and the breakfast was very good quality with lots of choices.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights as part of a 25th wedding anniversary holiday, having made the booking the previous November.
The hotel is ideally located, easily accessible from the main train station and, as we did, from the nearby Euskotren station. It is also only a short walk to the city centre, and to the beaches.

Pros: Location was great. Very close to the train and bus station in a good way. On the river and a short walk the Old Town side on the other side of the river. That said we had better food on this/more residential side. Most of the staff was great. Save one that was a little bothered with us. Very pleasant for the rest. The lobby area was nice. The exterior looked historic/cool. And the roof top was nice. ...
