We had a wonderful stay in a clean, fresh, bright room with a fantastic view over the city, easy walking distance to a gorgeous beach and possible to walk into San Sebastian (45 mins to old town). The pool was so relaxing and refreshing, the gym had everything you might need to work out, the staff were extremely friendly and invaluable to be able to park in the hotel car park offering very easy access. Friendly staff but as with many hotels a cold welcome of I cant find your booking which was weird as we already exchanged emails with the hotel asking for a quirky room due to a medical procedure the day before, which was ignored.
