Amazing hotel and incredible staff !
Have stayed at this hotel a few times on winter sun break. Its the perfect spot , not right in the centre and a nice stroll into town.
I had a very bad fall outside the hotel , on wet tiles . The staff member and police etc were amazing . She arranged the ambulance who were there in minutes.
Not only that , the staff member phoned me in hospital a few hours later to check on m...

The hotel was nice and the front desk staff were helpful. The room was comfortable. I would have given 4 stars based on our overall experience at the hotel. However, there were two management-related problems that affected this rating. I know as a costumer, when you see a bad review of a place that generally has great reviews, the first thing that comes to mind is that they are lying or exaggerating. In our experience, we got the only room that is next to the one where everyone has breakfast, and we could hear EVERY SINGLE crackling plate since 8am. smart hotel with 2 lifts and a breakfast room. everything working. helpful staff .
located a short bus ride (26 or 28) into the centre of the old town, it drops you on the Boulavard. train/bus terminal at right end and the beach at the left end.
i like the logo projected on the pavement at night....

Perfekt location really close to the city center, ten min from the beach and you Can get the bus to Any part of town you wish a couple of min from the hotel.really Nice and quiet area, lots of shops arround.our hotel room is above average size and plenty of space....
