The perfect stay

We stopped there for one night on our way to France. Everything exceeded our expectations!
The sizes of the rooms, the cleanliness, the state of the bathrooms, the rituals products in the bathrooms, the reception, the breakfast - everything was great! We'll definitely come there next time and stay for longer to enjoy beautiful San-Sebastian

Our room was small and a very odd shape, very small sleeping area with a long corridor to the en-suite, looking out on the service entrance and back yard of the hotel. Our bed was rickety and uncomfortable. Our room was quite noisy with doors from adjoining rooms banging constantly and a significant amount of other noise coming from adjoining rooms. Breakfast was reasonably good. Dining room staff and cleaning staff...

Nice apartment, good size and nice layout in peaceful location

The apartment was well styled to utilise the floor space which was more than adequate. We liked the layout of the bathroom with toilet and shower separated. We enjoyed our stay. Location was peaceful with an easy 20 minute walk into the old town and beach. Breakfast was decent
Couple of minor negatives, chair was not comfortable, kettle would have been handy...

Great hotel at a great price !

Hotel was contemporary, bright, airy and super clean with great breakfast. Very helpful and friendly reception staff. Parking needs to be reserved which can be done (at extra cost) and is less than a 5 min walk from hotel. Word of warning car park is quite hard to find but once done in there is a lift from -2 to street level so easy if you have suitcases. Good location near bars & restaurants....
