We stayed one night in February (2025) and it was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. We arrived early and much to our delight, not only was our room ready, but we had a free upgrade to a beautiful suite, and included breakfast AND x2 drinks vouchers for the bar! BOOM! What a great start.

We absolutely loved this beautiful hotel! It is new and modern but maintains some of the history and structure of an old monastery. The location is perfect, views off the chartsgo to the 6th floor outdoor lounge area. This is an outstanding hotel and would highly recommend for any visitors staying in San Sebastián . Located around 15 minutes walk from the Old Town and just 5 minutes from La Concha beach it places you right in the hub of all the San Seb activities. I felt like a princess in this gorgeous hotel. We splurged on a sea view room (NOT a suite) and the room was the size a New York City apartment. Elegant furnishings without being ostentatious. As others have mentioned, the hotel is atop a hill so if you arrive without a car you'll want to take a taxi. 4 star hotel, but as it is brand-new it approaches 5. Located on a hill, you have a nice roof terrace view. An internal elevator brings you to downtown level. Car parking with possibility to load e-car. Negative is the breakfast and dining area: heartless and overly brightly lighted which kills all ambiance. Breakfast buffet was good....
