Everything was great. Great location, great comfortable room, great service, great breakfast and restaurant. Location is perfect with left to go to the center of the town. And our dog was welcome too. We truly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this hotel in San Sebastián....

Amazing Team

As soon as I arrived I had an issue, I left my earbuds in my taxi. The reception team jumped on the case, working for 36 hours to retrieve them.
The hotel is in a great location, overlooking San Sebastian. My room was large, clean, comfortable bed and great shower. The cleaning staff were fabulous.
Breakfast was perfect, with cuisine to suit all tastes.
If I return, would not hesitate to stay again....

We had a wonderful 3 nights at the hotel Catalonia in San Sebastián, in the Basque region of Northern Spain. The reception staff during booking in were very helpful and gave us helpful information regarding parking our car in the car park which was 25 euros per day. Hotel was good quality, but misses on detail and value for money.
Room did not come with bath robes - for the high price of a room, should have bath robes.
Very odd that the bar sits in the middle of the dining area - a bit of noise distraction for drinks and diners, and not a welcoming setting - very 'cafeteria' like room.
Cocktail prices were crazy. Paid over 20 quid for a gin and tonic, and no free nuts or munch...

Overall our experience was disappointing because we did not get the room we booked. We booked a suite with a king bed and got a room with two twin beds. The staff and management insist that king beds are subject to availability even though that was stated NOWHERE.
