Fabulous hotel, very helpful staff and a great location. Highly recommend - even provided a room upgrade. Didnt try the breakfast. Rooms very clean and welcome glass of fizz provided and a couple of soft drinks in the room and also water. Stunning decor throughout the hotel....

I have to mention the breakfast! The food was delicious and prepared in-house. I am still thinking about that glorious Basque Cheesecake which was prepared by the wonderful food staff. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and looked forward to that cheesecake every morning. There were the other obvious choices as well. The hotel was located centrally and an easy walk to most of the well known sights. The staff were warm and welcoming. The room was spacious and well appointed with cupboard space and room to move around. The bathroom was clean and the linen and towels were good quality. Flew into Biarritz (got bus with Alsa) to San Seb,easy transfer 50mins non stop. This hotel is 10mins away from bus station, so central. Hotel is so handy for walking into Old town/promenade/beach/lovely bars behind hotel, which is lovely. Hotel itself- reception staff were lovely. The buffet breakfasts were superb wide ranging, Arantxa/Virginia - who are in charge of breakfast buffet- were wonderful and so friendly....

This is a lovely hotel - beautiful, modern rooms. Quite a few amenities (everything in the fridge is yours gratis champagne in the lobby for cocktail hour!). Very comfortable. Breakfast has quite a few choices, but since were not breakfast people, we probably should have gone across the street for a coffee and croissant. Too much on offer at the Hotel! :)
