We needed another night in San Sebastian on short notice. We were able to get a room hete and are glad we did! New construction, very clean, plesant staff. Excellent breakfast with many homemade dishes. Strongly reccomend!...

UNSAFE, Dishonest, and Unprofessional!

We booked this hotel last minute, originally requesting a triple room. We later asked to change to two double rooms for four guests. The front desk told us no doubles were available, only a junior suite, which we accepted. Then we were abruptly told the suite wasnt available either.

Recommended by a friend who previously stayed here.
Hotel is situated 15 minute walk from the old town and 5 minute walk from concha beach. Ideal location and near train/ bus station.
We flew into san sebastian airport and got a bus to the hotel which was easy.
On arrival to the hotel we were greeted with a glass of prozecco.
All areas of this hotel were spotlessly clean seriously we could not fault!

Fabulous hotel, very helpful staff and a great location. Highly recommend - even provided a room upgrade. Didnt try the breakfast. Rooms very clean and welcome glass of fizz provided and a couple of soft drinks in the room and also water. Stunning decor throughout the hotel....

I have to mention the breakfast! The food was delicious and prepared in-house. I am still thinking about that glorious Basque Cheesecake which was prepared by the wonderful food staff. We really enjoyed our breakfasts and looked forward to that cheesecake every morning. There were the other obvious choices as well.
