The front desk and lobby staff were so amazing, helpful, kind and approachable! We loved our stay and were so comfortable in the rooms. Beds were fantastic, shower pressure was perfect! Would love to come back. The rooftop views amazing! ...

+ Excellent Location - at the heart of Old Town and walking distance to the Pinxto cluster of restaurants and bars (perfect for food crawling). Has a rooftop with a great view of the La Concha bay/beach and harbor.

Great location, fully equipped room with contemporary style. One inconvenient is that there is no space, a private area, to be able to work apart from your room. Another inconvenient is that hotel clients have no priority at the cafeteria to have either lunch or dinner, which means, you have to queue with outsiders....
