Fantastic San Sebastián stay

We have stayed at Room mate Gorka before and we absolutely adore this hotel. The staff are always so welcoming and helpful. The rooms are wonderful, clean and really comfy beds. We love San Sebastián its one of our favourite places, a true delight to visit and explore....

Lovely hotel in a fabulous location with the beach, old town and the new town shopping all within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and very comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and knowledgeable. There was a reasonable choice for breakfast although this wasnt topped up very often, especially after 9.30am. Would definitely recommend....

This hotel was great. The front desk was always really helpful, the room was clean and nicely set out and the location was fantastic. Its only minutes walk away from the Old Town and not much further to the newer part of town.
Wed have no hesitation staying here again....

Very pleasant stay in the centre of Donostia-San Sebastian. This hotel is positioned centrally in a beautiful square. Rooms are modern and clean. There are lots of cafes and restaurants around....

The staff are amazing, friendly but go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I had accessibility issues and they organised a scooter for me, changed me into an accessible room without even asking nothing was too much. We will return and highly recommend...
