Great location, superior double very disappointing

Great location, one road back from the sea. Short walk to old town. Breakfast was good especially the fresh orange juice. As the photos will show the decor in the room was disgraceful, no one even asked at check out if there was any issues. Room 515 has a big step onto the terrace....

This hotel was in a very good location, 10-15 minutes from the Old Town. The rooms were spotless, however the bathroom could do with an upgrade. (216)
There was slight noise from the street but nothing too disturbing.
I would definitely consider staying again if ever I return to San Sebastián.
Unfortunately the weather wasnt kind to us (rained every day) as would have loved to have spent time on the beach.

Excellent location with easy access to main beaches and short, level esplanade walk to old town.
Friendly, helpful staff and comfortable room.
While expensive, it is good value for the location....

The Hotel is in a fabulous location
5 minute walk from the middle of the beach, 15 minutes from Old Town.
Laura at reception was fabulous and could not have been more helpful ...

Stayed at the Sercotel Hotel Europa for a week in June 25 with my daughter as we were using San Sebastian as a base to explore the area. The hotel was great from start to finish. We booked through booking.com and the communication with the reception at the hotel was clear and efficient and the fully answered any questions we had. We opted for one of the superior twins and the room was perfectly fine.
