Too far from town centre

The rooms were lovely BUT thats as far as the positives go.
The hotel is situated by a hospital 15 mins by car out of town and is NOT walkable at all. Buses run frequently but Ubers are often reluctant to drop off or pick up. Do not stay here if you dont have a car.
The quirkiness of a bath next to the bed proved to be impractical as no toiletries are positioned nearby but are fixed to the bathroom walls.

Good hotel. Poor location for tourists. No shops (minimart, pharmacy, restaurants etc.) nearby. Good breakfast. Special thank you to the young lady in reception who was most helpful on 15 April, in directing me how to access medical help (phone consultation) for a cough/cold....

Amazing stay

The hotel is super nice and the staff too
Rooms are very beautiful and they have a comfy bed. The bathroom is very well done and the products are from rituals.
They offered us as superior room and we got gummy bears and nuts for free
I totally recommend...

Like another review I just read here ,I had a similar experience. I inadvertently booked two hotel for the same night . I arrived a day early at Tre Reyes and asked could they take us that night instead. No, they were fully booked they said . I wanted to know if I could change or cancel the following nights reservation, they said no and sent an e mail to booking.com with one word Declined . How very rude. As they w...

Changing the price to double after confirmed reservation

We booked two nights in August through Booking.com, only to find out a week later that they had made a mistake with the nightly rate and now wanted to charge us double. It's very frustrating and unreliable that they can change the price after the reservation is confirmed.
