No Outdoor Relaxing Areas.

We came as advised by British Airways holidays. The hotel states on its website a roof top terrace with hot tub. There is NO Indication on there website that this is closed - for building work! In June!
They have no other outside relaxting area apart from some outdoor metal tables near the bar area.
The overall facilities are poor to non existant. It is not really a suitable holiday hotel.

Everything about this hotel was spot on, the breakfasts are amazing, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff are friendly, it's in a great location, the restaurant serves wonderful food, the bar serves great cocktails in a superb setting and San Sebastion itself is lovely....

Avoid. A so-called four star hotel. What a joke. On the edge of town, in a dodgy housing project. They still charge 18 a night to park in what must be the worst hotel car park in Europe - dark, with pillars everywhere. The hotel insists on a credit card guarantee in case you should take a 2 bottle of water from the room - of course, a 4 star hotel but they dont provide water. The room, assuming you can get in be...

Fantastic hotel

We stayed at the Hotel Zenit for three nights during our stay in San Sebastián and it was fantastic. The room was clean, the staff were extremely helpful and the drinks at the bar were lovely. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in San Sebastián....

Lovely hotel, in residential area but only 15mins to old town etc,, nice clean room, good breakfast but basic, hotel staff are amazing special mention to mikel,, prices at bar very good for a late night drink and chill,,
When you find your way around the area, this hotel is perfect.....
