The hotel looks nice in the pictures, but the standard rooms are very small. It is quite far from the center of Thessaloniki, so the only options are by car or taxi. The breakfast staff is very slow and unfriendly. What shocked us most was the waitresss response when I asked for a third coffee at breakfast she said that only two coffees per person are allowed!? I stayed at the Grand Palace Hotel in Thessaloniki - an amazing hotel, highly recommended, not the first time I've stayed there. But this time I decided to get a massage, and I highly recommend going to Crystal, who beyond being a warm, pleasant, professional, and lovely person, has loving, embracing, and nurturing hands. This hotel is conveniently located for communication (rail, bus and motorway interchange for the airport) in a light industrial area - but very safe - area of town. Given a slightly inauspious area, the hotel is a revelation, not least its scale. Beautiful hotel with friendly stuff. Very good breakfast. Nice and clean rooms with French doors to a small balcony. Its a shame its about 15 minutes from the city but worth it...

Outdated hotel in an abandoned part of the city. The view from the room was the worst Ive ever seen (like a war zone).
Staff were very friendly and attentive. Room was set up nicely to accommodate our family with special pillows, balloons and snacks for kids which was a nice touch. Breakfast was ok. I will not stay again....
