Fantastic hospitality. Perfect location for Thessaloniki. The home-made breakfast is unbelievable. The service is very professional and customer-oriented. I recommend this hotel by all means....

We had a truly wonderful 3 night stay at The Excelsior with a friend. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly easy and enjoyable to explore Thessaloniki on foot.The atmosphere of the hotel felt warm, elegant, and very welcoming from the moment we arrived. An amazing small hotel. Every member of staff is friendly an very helpful. The superior room we had was spotless and large with a comfortable bed.
Breakfast was of high quality with a good choice of egg based hot breakfasts and an extensive cold buffet. A special mention to all breakfast staff, attentive without being obtrusive,

Perfect location, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.
Since the room was opposite of 2 bars, there was a very slight background noise for a while but nothing really bothering.
The rooms are not extremely big but very cosy.
The only minus is the shower - it's almost impossible to make it work....

The hotel was in the city center... transportation was convenient, and the rooms were wonderful. Thank you for the room with a balcony. The breakfast was amazing. Come and explore and experience it for yourself. Thank you...
