Perfect location and high standard bathroom however dark, gloomy rooms with no facilities or service. Breakfast minimalistic! Very disappointing!...

We had booked a Superior Double Room, according to the booking confirmation from booking.com, with a hot tub and fireplace. It turned out that there is no such room in the hotel. Our room 222 was oddly shaped with an outdated décor, a king-size bed and oversized armchair and dimly lit. There was a desk but no seat to use it. The bathroom had been renovated and was nice with a big rain shower head. We missed Kleenex a...

This hotel was very dim and gloomy, felt a bit sad and dated. The location is excellent and the rooms relatively clean and comfortable. The staff seemed obsessed with the keys, we asked for a spare one and were warned if any keys were lost wed be charged 5, one morning part of our group were on a day trip and the receptionist practically chased them out the building to ask where the key was. we werent leaving for...

Ornate lobby with many comfy couches and upholstered chairs. Good water pressure, plenty of hot water in large bathroom. MiniMart next door. Friendly staff at Reception Desk. Very decent offerings at breakfast, more than the usual and expected. You can't go wrong here....
