A truly 5-star experience at Rogner Hotel Tirana, and it began the moment we checked in. Igli and Resisa went far beyond what anyone could expecttaking extra time and effort to honor our request with genuine care and dedication.
Their kindness, patience, and warm hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. Its rare to see such heartfelt service, and it made us feel truly valued as guests.

The hotel does have some positives, including lovely grounds, a great location, and comfortable rooms. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was acceptable, though nothing special, and service was inconsistent - some staff were helpful, while others were not. It was also disappointing that the swimming pool does not open to June.

It's a very very good hotel. The location is top notch, right by the main boulevard and the food and events in the evening are very good. They also have a SPA so you can enjoy your time.
The rooms were tidy and quiet....

I really enjoyed my stay at the Rogner Hotel.
The hotel is very grand and my room was large and comfortable. Great space for suitcase etc
Staff were friendly helpful.
Plenty of choice for breakfast and good quality.
Tirana is very compact for exploring and the hotel is right in the middle of everything. Perfect location....
