The hotel was okay, but it didnt quite live up to expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, though a bit on the smaller side. The location was convenient, but the noise from the street was a bit much at night. Its a solid place to stay if youre just passing through, but I probably wouldnt choose it for a longer stay....

Overall, it was a nice hotel that offered good value for money and is in a great location. The staff, in general, were friendly, especially Kevin at reception, who was very approachable. However, the lady at the spa was extremely rude, which was disappointing.
The room I stayed in was nice, but some of my friends' rooms weren't as good, as they hadn't been refurbished yet. Breakfast was decent, and we had no issues ...

Stayed here at the end of our tour of Albania as a treat. I really wanted to like the hotel. It had been pointed out when we walked around Tirana as a high end hotel popular with politicians and the elite. Arrived in the morning before our room was ready so we left our bags in left luggage with a ticket and went off to see some sights. On return our room was ready but unbelievably the ticket we had been given did...

This was the ideal hotel to explore Tirana. Firstly, it was beautiful, with spacious, comfortable, renovated rooms and tropical gardens- we thought we were in the South of France. The location was ideal, we went everywhere on foot. But what made it really special was the people- the staff, both at reception and the restaurant were outstanding. A six-night stay here could have extended much longer. Mostly due to how hard the staff worked to make my visit feel like home, I encourage first-time travelers to Albania to book a reservation with Rogner.
Apart from the room lacking adequate blankets and missing an iron, I slept comfortably. The toilets and showers worked seamlessly.
