This is a lovely, friendly hotel with a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was top notch. We had a very pleasant, spacious room, equipped with a fridge, complimentary bottled water and a kettle. We had a great nights sleep due to the sublimely comfortable bed!
The bathroom was spacious and impeccably clean.
Breakfast was very good.
Recommended....

This hotel is in the back streets, smell of smoke at lobby and breakfast area, had moulds in the room, and dirty throughout the room. They also placed a heated towel rack INSIDE the shower with exposed wires. Who would want to place a towel on the wet rack inside the shower? No common sense and a safety risk....

Desperately needs maintenance and customer service

I came here as a solo traveller, half way through a 14 day small group tour of the Balkans. We had previously been to around 5 other Balkans hotels, and I've travelled extensively so know what to expect.

You can't review Eastern European hotel rooms with the same eye you might use when reviewing a Western hotel. They are different. The staff here was accommodating; the General Manager was very helpful. It was clean and welcoming. It had a nice outdoor courtyard to use. The room was very tiny.
