The staff was very, very nice but the hotel rooms, if you're not used to them, can be challenging. The beds were comfortable, but the first room we got was overlooking the inner atrium on the second floor. It came with a woman sitting in the eating area below on a 90-minute video conference which we got to listen to. The Embassy hotel in Malta is an excellent choice for anyone looking to have a relaxing, pleasant and luxurious time. The hotel is just off republic street, less than 10 minutes from all major attractions and the harbour.
The rooms are spacious, modern and well-furnished with everything from coffee machines, spacious wardrobes, desks and coffee tables. The bathroom is large and well stocked with LOccitane products....

We stayed for four nights in January celebrating my husbands birthday. When we walked into our room a plate with cakes and a written card were waiting for him. A lovely touch.
We stayed on the 6th floor overlooking the sea (we had the same view - minus the swimming pool - as the photo on the tripadvisor ad). When we got up on our first morning we discovered a water leak coming in through the ceiling above our bed...

The staff at reception were immensely helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting the city. The cleanliness was superb throughout the hotel and the rooms are modern, fresh and fully serviced. The proximity to the Aki Japanese Restaurant is fantastic and a great venue to visit with brilliant atmosphere and service. Throughly enjoyed our few nights at the hotel. The views are stunning, the staff are friendly and the food was great. Its not cheap. The restaurant was clean. The icing on the cake was the amazing views and the drinks afterwards too...
