To get to this hotel; you needed a water taxi. It was wonderful experience seeing all the areas in Venice on the ride in. Staff was friendly and helpful on check in. They also recommended us on dinner ideas.
The room was big and comfortable; we even had a little deck to enjoy wine. Bathroom was big.
Breakfast was good, fresh....

Excellent Hotel in Venice with Awesome Service

We stayed at this hotel while in Venice and it didnt disappoint! We arrived on a private water taxi to the back door which I suggest you do. Our bags were handled in storage until the rooms were ready and then they were delivered.
The rooms were very spacious, unlike many hotels in Europe, and had big bathrooms. This hotel has a bar with a great bartender at night. The same bar converts into dining for a breakfast ...

Fantastic hotel and staff, amazing location central to everything, room had everything you would expect including espresso machine, staff were fabulous, the reception team very happy to give advice where to eat etc and the gentleman running the bar was so professional, cant wait to return...

Wow, just wow! We had a junior suite next to the breakfast room and were blown away by the room and grandeur of the hotel. Lovely location, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel...
