The location was perfect. We arrived really late but we were greeted with a smile and shown to our room which was beautiful. The bed, pillows and sheets were just heaven after our trip and we soon snuggled down and slept so well. Breakfast was a buffet and you just helped yourself. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. Only there for 3 nights but really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Thankyou Shr...

- Polite staff.
- Nice room, clean room and bathroom.
- Slippers provided and plenty of storage.
- Breakfast and complementary drinks were nice.
- Ideal location for sightseeing.
Cons
- Room 101, canal view. Popular area so theres a lot of noise and the windows dont prevent any of it. From people talking / shouting on their way home from the pubs nearby and motor boats.

A truly fantastic hotel, perfectly located within easy walking distance of many main attractions.
Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Louisa, who was incredibly friendly and informative. She took the time to highlight ideal hotspots on a map, shared great ideas for our stay, and even made us a complimentary coffee which we felt was a thoughtful touch.

We stayed here because of our friend recommendation. What can I say... We booked well in advance and when we arrived. We were told we were not in the main hotel and they have 3 buildings to put people in. Well we were stuck in building 3 If I remember. Up 3 to 4 flights of stairs, mind you we are elderly and had hip surgery then once in the room the bed was rock hard as well as pillows about 1/4 inch thick it was jus...
