What a beautiful hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. We stayed in a room just off reception so view was just another shutter and a wall, lol but everything about the room was ideal, air-con and cleanliness was 100%. We stayed here because of our friend's recommendation. What a disaster. We booked a suite well in advance and when we arrived by private water taxi transfer at 9.30 pm all seemed great.
On arrival we were told that we were not in the main hotel and they have 3 buildings to put people in. We were guided to a building down an alley away from the main hotel and up 3 to 4 flights of stairs. On entering the room it be...

The location was perfect. We arrived really late but we were greeted with a smile and shown to our room which was beautiful. The bed, pillows and sheets were just heaven after our trip and we soon snuggled down and slept so well. Breakfast was a buffet and you just helped yourself. - Polite staff.
- Nice room, clean room and bathroom.
- Slippers provided and plenty of storage.
- Breakfast and complementary drinks were nice.
- Ideal location for sightseeing.
Cons
- Room 101, canal view. Popular area so theres a lot of noise and the windows dont prevent any of it. From people talking / shouting on their way home from the pubs nearby and motor boats.
