I am currently staying in this hotel, 9 October 2025, room 404!This place is so bad! The staff needs to be trained and taught manners! The air conditioning does not work and told they have dewinterised the system. It is so unbearably hot in this room, you cannot sleep. They dont have fans to offer you and just shrug there shoulders!! Sorry he says....and walks off!! This place dont deserve to be given any business fr...

Small, cozy hotel located over the bridge from the train station in Venice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay there again!...

The room was reasonable. The location was excellent. Bit surprised when we thought we were at the Hotel Carlton Grand Canal where the app takes you initially. But the Hotel Carlton Capri is "out the back" so to speak. We got taken down some dark alleyways to the budget version .
We enquired about no air-conditioning available but were advised that in October through to the beginning of summer it is turned off. So we ...

Very tired hotel,rooms are tiny and uncomfortable...was noisy a couple of nights...I personally would not stay here again , I didn't find the staff particularly helpful, the location is OK but it's located in a residential area, can't blame the kids but they loved kicking a ball against the hotel wall...you reach the hotel down a narrow alleyway and late at night a lot of drunken people stagger on by...one was sing...
