Lovely Hotel in the heart of Venice

We stayed three nights in a Terrace suite. Beautiful venetian room, bed was a little hard for my liking good size room. Terrace was lovely nice way to chill in the evening before going to dinner. Breakfast was a buffet good choice . plenty of places to eat around the hotel and St Marks square on your door step. Hotel staff very very helpful. Would return....

Perfect short stay with small room

The hotel was perfectly located for short stay - we asked for balcony and were told we had a view of St Marks square but was literally a corner so no real view - wasnt the best view point but the thought was there - the room was smaller than what we are used to but very clean. Staff were very friendly - breakfast was very nice

Excellent location, around the corner from Piazza San Marco and in a street full of good and not expensive restaurants. People was marvellous except for the last day when we had to pay and made an incredible complicated thing to charge us for the stay. Something to let go as the hotel is worth it. We got a free tour to the crystal Murano fabric, AMAZING!!!! Breakfast super good....

The hotel is an okay place to stay. The room was clean and there was enough space - we didn't feel cramped. The beds were comfy enough and the bathroom was new and spacious. Things to be aware of...Be prepared for steps. There are steps to get to the lobby. I'm sure staff would help though if you needed it. There is a lift in the hotel, but it is tiny, so we opted for the steps daily. We walked up the steps to...

The Concordia was my favorite accommodation out of 7 I stayed in this trip. The room was beautiful and pristine. The bed was comfortable. The shower was clean and spacious with great water pressure. The A/C worked (key factor in August). Most importantly though, the staff was pleasant, professional, and accommodating. Would love to go back again!!...
