Great charming hotel.

The hotel is very charming. Its a 5-10 minute (depending on crowds and luggage) walk from the San Marco Vallerraso water taxi stop directly through Saint Marks Square. The staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are small but that is to be expected in Venice. The bar is a beautiful bungalow of wood, the bartender is fantastic as is his signature drink menu. The breakfast is also very good.

Our stay at Hotel Concordia was one of the most unforgettable experiences of my life. We stayed in the San Marco suite, with its private terrace overlooking the Basilica and the famous clock tower with the two Moors striking the hours.

Turn on the air-conditioning

The hotel was very nice, the staff was awesome, the breakfast buffet was amazing And location was fantastic The only bad part was they do not have the air conditioning on after October 1 It was stifling hot in our room so we had to open the windowwhich didnt help much And of course with the noise from outside and the mosquitoes on the inside we didnt get much sleep...

Stay away from junior suite

I got a regular room and a junior suite
The regular room is much better than the junior suite. Hotel is extremely old with poor outdated bathroom
Junior suite is more expensive and in much worst shape
Also at night you can't sleep as is facing the huge bells of the San Marco square
Breakfast is not bad...

Excellent Hotel & location

Excellent location & staff. Stefano was excellent with needed guidance. This is our 6th visit to Venice and 1st time staying in Hotel Concordia. We will return again. My husband does not like small rooms, our room was very comfortable; even though our window was facing St. Marks Square, we didn't hear any noise. The location was perfect with nearby shops, restaurants and of course the Grand Canal....
