Ok but small details disappointing

Lovely room and great staff in a fantastic location but the lack of facilities lets it down.
No kettle in room and unable to buy a cup of tea until the bar opens at 4pm. This is really getting the basics wrong.
Not enough plugs in room to be able to plug in a charger without unplugging a light.
Basic toiletries.
Breakfast is served in a cramped little room and is also very basic....
