First time visit to Venice, after a lot of consideration we picked the perfect hotel. Great location to see all that Venice has to offer, made to feel very welcome during our stay and the staff are happy to assist with anything you need i.e. restaurant reservations, airport transfer etc. The hotel was peaceful and extremely clean throughout. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of it.
The hotel managers were exceptionally polite, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They kindly assisted us with booking a sightseeing boat, arranging a boat transfer to the airport, and reserving a table at a restaurant which turned out to be a 10/10 experience!

Just arrived home from our 3 day stay at H10 Palazzo Canova hotel, what a beautiful hotel! from the minute we arrived we just knew it was going to be a memorable visit.
