I would gladly at Hotel Kette again. Customer service was personal and professional, attentive to our questions and detailed in their advice/responses. Great location for experiencing Venice, especially St Marks/the Doge area. Our specific room was good but not exceptionally great. A bit pricey. Their breakfast was exceptional....

Charming hotel in a central location

Hotel Kette is in a great central location and has bags of charm. Our room was quite large and had a little sitting area and the bathroom although compact was well designed, with a good shower, plenty of hot water, fluffy towels and space for toiletries.
With the shutters and windows closed it was extremely peaceful and we got a great nights sleep.

Excellent base for a trip to Venice, staff were excellent and really helpful, couple of small things they did for our family really highlighted the quality of their looking after us. Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was continental and was plenty to set us up before pasta and pizza, location is excellent - we have nothing bad to say, this was a base for a great break....

GREAT STAY IN A LOVELY, FRIENDLY HOTEL.

This hotel is in a prime location great for sightseeing, 10/10!
We had a generous sized room, well equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean, the bed was comfortable. Good bathroom with lots of hot water for the shower!
All staff were friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel right at home. We would definitely come back here again....

We spent two nights at Hotel Kette prior to travelling to Ravenna to pick up a cruise. We have been to Venice several times previously and there are other hotels we have stayed at I would choose ahead of Hotel Kette.
