Superb first time stay

All the Hotel Kette staff were without exception extremely polite and helpful, particularly those working on the Reception. The location of the hotel was perfect with a couple of restaurants nearby. Our room was clean with a good size bathroom. Good choice of food for breakfast and our water bottles filled every morning by request. We want to stay at the hotel again next time we visit Venice....

Great hotel great service close to everything

Hi Just got back from a 4 night stay in hotel keete we took the water bus there it was 27 euro for return trip witch was alot cheaper than a water taxi at 120 euro each way the hotel was great very cleen great staff very good breakfast close to all places you need to visit st marks was only a five minute walk away I would recommend it to anyone...

We stayed at the Hotel Kette in Venice from 10 March to 13 March 2025 for the third time. Always very satisfied, everything very well maintained, the staff very friendly and the excellent location of the hotel - about 6 minutes walk to the Piazza San Marco. we can recommend the Hotel Kette. And on our next stay in Venice we will certainly book at the KETTE again....

There's good and bad in everything.

The room was a nice hotel room. The lighting in the bathroom was not great for applying make-up. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic, but we were concerned it was going to overflow the lip of the shower because the water drained so slowly.
We were staying in Italy for a while and had multiple pieces of luggage. When reservations were made for our water taxi to the train station, we were called "puttana", w...

Great location, friendly staff and a luxurious feel throughout. Good quality coffee and breakfast items, it is located very close to everything but absolute silence in the bedroom which is great. Open the window as if lucky like us you'd have great views of the canal...
