Loved this hotel right in the centre of beautiful Venice. The classic Italian decor in this 16th Century building welcomes you in as do the friendly staff. We had two rooms between four friends and ours was really lovely, very spacious with a pretty view of the typical street with the canal at the end. An incredibly satisfying experience at Hotel Kette. The service is unparalleled and you cannot beat this location. It's in the middle of the middle. This neighborhood is so wonderful ... so many places to eat and/or grab a snack or a drink. Plus, you have the beautifully-lit La Fenice every night to see. Walk north and you're at the Rialto in 10 minutes. Walk south and you're at St. Marks area in 7 minutes.

Me and my partner went to venice for my 30th i cant fault the hotel from the staff to the rooms. we welcomed by the nicest staff who were more than happy to help. We were taken to our room which was very clean and just like what was shown on the pictures. When we arrived we asked if they had any recommendations for food they directed us to a restaurant called vino vino who have the friendliest staff and the best foo...

A beautiful hotel near the Opera House, Hotel Kette is quaint. Our room on the canal was perfectly size and decorated. The shower is NOT American, so be reasonable and respectful. Otherwise, this hotel is perfectly positioned between expensive boutique and Venetian solitude, in luxury, price, and location....

We had booked a spur of the moment overnight break to Venice and originally found Hotel Kette on Booking.com.
However we decided to book directly with the hotel , which was extremely straightforward.
Our water taxi dropped us off , no more than 200 yds from the hotel, which is situated just off of Calle Larga XXII Marzo. ( This is the main designer shop street)
