Great location, near St Mark's square . Very friendly staff. Breakfast was made to order and good selection. Rooms are a little dated but that's the vibe. I would stay here again. We are a family of 4 and their quad suite was perfect for us. Basically two rooms with two bathrooms divided by a sliding door. And it had a nice roomy balcony with table and chairs with view of the Venice lagoon....

Perfect location near to the main attractions & the staff were amazing. Very welcoming & helpful throughout our stay.
The room was lovely & well furnished with plenty of amenities. We had a great nights sleep as the room was very quiet & air conditioned.
We got the water taxi straight to the hotel which was perfect - no lugging suitcases around the city ...

We have been to Venice a few times before but this is the first time staying at the locana vivaldi, and it did not disappoint the room was excellent,(superior room) had amazing views (see picture) The staff where super friendly, the location brilliant the offer of a free taxi service to murano and tour also good. The recommended restaurant for a meal was also worth it, we will definitely be going back to this hotel...
