Just got back from a fantastic four nights stay at the Paganelli hotel. Its situated on the waterfront very near to the boat stops for easy airport connections and water buses for getting around.
Very close to St Marks Square and all other attractions.
We stayed in room 101, it was very clean and tidy, and nice and quiet, queen sized bed was really comfortable.

3 night stay
Stayed in the annex in room 223. The annex is in another building around the corner - reception take you there on arrival. View to side street. Room was good. Comfy bed but pillows were hard - asked reception for a softer one and all quickly sorted . There were a couple of small cosmetic issues if you want to go searching for them but it was a good room - clean, nice crisp bedding with a good shower....

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Easy to take boat from airport and lets you off right out front. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a note if you have mobility issues, there is am elevator in the main building, but then depending on where you room is there can be steps. out of the elevator there were 2 steps up, 2 steps down, then 4 steps up and three down to get to room, If you have issue...

Fab hotel clean nice decor , guy on the desk was lovely all very friendly. Great location right by the front round from St Marks square Breakfast round the corner also gorgeous plenty of choice & staff lovely we had a fab time...

Staff young man on the desk when we arrived Alexadro, I think, was very pleasant. Young lady on breakfast duty was great.
Breakfast was poor, scrambled egg was more like one big omelette & the only hot thing to eat....
