Location was good the room I paid for was a junior suite with a canal view the only way to get the view was to hang out the window but only do this if you have someone to hold onto you. Theres no outside area so only your room to sit in theres no other amenities only breakfast so its not a hotel just a bnb its my husband 60 birthday present from me he wasnt impressed with the ( room) and said I should have boo...

A proper Venetian experience

We love this hotel. The location is just perfect We have stayed many times and always choose a junior suite in the annexe, (if available ask for one of the two rooms with the wooden floors). Breakfast is a simple affair served in a small dining area within the annexe making it feel quite private.
Having a front door key and being able to come and go as you please gives the feeling of living like a Venetian for a few...

This charming B&B hotel is an absolute gem. Hidden away on a quiet canal away from the crowds but with just a quick walk to both the vaporetto and the airport water bus. The rooms are adorned with the Venitian decor that gives a historic feel but still includes all the modern amenities. We spent 3 wonderful days (Mid-November 2025, not too many visitors in Venice) in Palazzo Guardi. Price-quality is really excellent, big rooms and bathrooms, location in Dorsoduro could not be better (absolutely quiet during the nights, 1 minute from Accademia museum and bridge, countless excellent restaurants for every budget within 5, 10 or 15 minutes walking distance towards Rialto bridge, passing University Ca Fo...
