Travelled on 11/2025

Bait and switch of rooms to less desirable
Travelled on 10/2025
Bait and switch of rooms, expensive! Difficult to locate and no lift. We reserved a canal view and were told sewer problem then taken to different building, we noticed the canal rooms were still advertised for the duration of our stay!...

The room had good aircon as well as being beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, plus slippers and robes. it was exceptionally clean. As a palazzo dating back to the 15th century any refurbs have to be very s...
