I echo what the majority of people have said. Location is perfect. Only 10 mins from the bus and train station. Away from busy areas so it was very peaceful. Nearby square has lots of restaurants including greek and indian food. We ate in a different one each night and cheaper than the main tourist spots. There's also an amazing bakery, gelato, pharmacy and supermarket and several bars. Absolutely loved the courtyard...

DO NOT RECOMMEND
DO NOT book this one. There are plenty of gorgeous hotels in venice at a similar price.
We came to this hotel for a 3 night stay in January. When we arrived we were put into the only room that connects directly to the lobby within the area of the lobby's public toilet. It wasn't ideal as it also looked nothing like the photos. but we were not going to complain as it's not our thing. Until, we tried...

Me and my partner stayed here for our anniversary and safe to say its not the same as the pictures. Ill start off with the positives of this hotel which is good location, comfortable bed & the staff are very nice. There wasnt much of a variety for breakfast but it was still very nice, we always found something to eat in the mornings. The rooms were getting cleaned every day which in my opinion wasnt needed as we ...

Wonderful short stay

Just enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay at this gorgeous hotel. Beautiful room that was very in keeping with the history of the building. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. A great location, too, for getting all over venice to see the sights.
Will definitely look to book here again...

Beautiful small hotel . Good location aprox 5.min walk from water bus.
Friendly, clean and authentic.
Room was small but clean and modern bathroom.
Fanrastic shower with shampoo and shower gel etc provided. Good hair dryer.
Tv and kettle . Mini bar and plenty of usb charging points in the room.
